Criteria – Demonstrate financial need, demonstrate a potential for academic success at Pellissippi State, full time student, 2.5 GPA, First preference to a resident of Blount County, Second preference to a resident of Knox County, Recipient must be in an engineering program of study with preference for pre-engineering and for Electrical Engineering Technology or Computer Integrated Drafting and Design. Receive a written recommendation letter from a faculty advisor, teacher or recognized professional such as an employer.
