Dow Chemical Company Scholarship. Established by Rohm & Haas, the Dow Chemical Scholarship was established in 1987. Priority to Chemical Engineering student. If not available, another engineering course may be selected. Eligible students must have demonstrated financial need, full time enrollment status with a GPA of 2.5 or greater.
