Rossie and John Mason Scholarship

In order to qualify for a scholarship provided from the Donor Scholarship Endowment Fund, a student much meet the following criteria:
a) Preference to a piano major who accompanies a Pellissippi State vocal group (one @ $250 per semester);
b) Second preference to other music majors who participate in a Pellissippi State performing group (two @ $125 per semester);
c) Have maintained minimum grade-point average of 2.75 or its equivalent in the high school or college which the student last attended; and
d) Receive a written recommendation for the scholarship from his/her high school guidance counselor or college faculty advisor, teacher, or recognized professional person such as his/her employer
e) Be enrolled as a full-time student.
The Pellissippi scholarship selection committee shall have authority to waive eligibility requirements if, in it discretion, the student has otherwise demonstrated that he/she is deserving of the scholarship.
