South East Bank Scholarship. Requirements: Complete FAFSA. First time, full time students with an incoming GPA cumulative cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Student must be a resident in one of the following counties in TN: Bradley, Hamilton, Knox, Loudon, McMinn, Meigs, Putnam or Rhea. Applicants must meet annual household income guidelines of less than the following: Knox County or Loudon County, $55,280; Bradley County: $46,240; Hamilton County: $59,040; McMinn County, Meigs County, Putnam County, or Rhea County: $42,960.

Award: $1500 for fall semester, $1500 sping semester for freshman and sophomore years of enrollment at PSCC.
