Scott Webb Memorial Scholarship. Donor – Joan Webb. Amount $500 for one semester. Criteria: Preference to a full time student majoring in a course of study that encompasses the application of quality principles. If no students qualify, the scholarship may be awarded to any worthy student, full-time or part-time, who demonstrates financial need, but will not be required to comply with state or federal financial aid guidelines. The application must include a reference.
